Columbus Tamil Sangam

Columbus Tamil Sangam was founded to Serve and Promote Tamil and Tamil Culture to the Tamil Speaking Community of Columbus and its surrounding areas.

Our Mission is ,

>> To provide a secular, non-sectarian and non-profit literary organization for all Tamils living in and around Central Ohio;

>> To provide an opportunity to Tamil youth to learn about and appreciate Tamil language and culture by offering Tamil language classes;

>> To also foster and promote Tamil language, literature, values, traditions, culture, and art;

>> To provide a forum to the younger generation to participate in literary and cultural programs and to showcase their talents;

>> To host events involving Tamil scholars and artists from around the globe for the benefit of Tamils residing in Central Ohio and surrounding regions.

>> To organize events by cooperating and coordinating with other Asian/Indian/Regional organizations with similar objectives.
